Southend Airport (SEN / EGMC)
The spotting location I have used to create my videos is shown below. While there may be other locations available, the one below is the location I have used to film my YouTube videos.
Due to the location of the nearby church, the perimeter fence lies closer to the runway than at other airports and you can get up close with the aircraft as they take off and land on the runway.

How to get here
To get to this spotting location it is probably easier to go by car and I had no problems parking in the surrounding roads. Please be aware that these satellite images are not up to date, and that the runway has been extended since this image was taken. The extended runway continues past the church, and therefore it becomes a good location.
